SHIPPING
Thank you for shopping with us! All shipping is issued through USPS and includes tracking. Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your order. Most packages ship out next day in regular 2-3 day priority shipping. Over night shipping is available upon request.
REFUND POLICY
NO REFUND ONLY EXCHANGE
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@AngelaRosadoCollection.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All items are inspected prior to delivery. All sunglasses returned without the pouch will incur a $1 deduction from the return amount.
DAMAGES
Damage claims can only be accepted up to five days after tracking states the package has been delivered. If you would like to place a damage claim, please email us (sales@angelarosadocollection.com) with your order number and a photo of the stated damages.
